Classes are limited to 30 participants to ensure a quality experience, room to release, and enough bodies for support instead of stress. You'll get to sample different genres of music, learn body control basics and breathing, and even pick up some moves you can do at parties and reunions! 

Your VIP ticket purchase goes directly to our M.O.V.E for Mental Health campaign and will help to provide more free mental health resources and segments to schools and communities across Louisiana. Funds also support filing, taxes, and fees as we strive for 501(c)(3) status and expand to being exempt and operational at state-level to federal level.
